obvious pleasure to the congregation.

Next Thursday there will be tryouts for the choir. They need all the
help they can get.

The Rector will preach his farewell message, after which the choir
will sing: 'Break Forth Into Joy.'

Irving Benson and Jessie Carter were married on October 24th in the
church. So ends a friendship that began in their school days.

At the evening service tonight, the sermon topic will be 'What Is
Hell?' Come early and listen to our choir practice.

Eight new choir robes are currently needed due to the ad dition of
several new members and to the deterioration of some older ones.

Scouts are saving aluminum cans, bottles and other items to be
recycled. Proceeds will be used to cripple children.

person you want remembered.

The ladies of the Church have cast off clothing of every kind. They
may be seen in the basement on Friday afternoon.

from the Church. Bring a blanket and come prepared to sin.

Ladies Bible Study will be held Thursday morning at 10 AM. All ladies

Church basement Friday at 7 PM. The congregation is invited to attend

Fight the good fight

Fight The Good Fight
Pastor, you are in a battle. It is not with the church board or with your spouse. Sometimes it seems that is where the struggle is, but those are only symptomatic. Your struggle is "against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" (Ephesians 6:12, NIV). Remember the conflict is not centered in the board room or the bedroom but in your closet -- your prayer closet. B.T. Roberts wrote, "The most effectual fighting we do, is done on our knees. Victories won in our closets are harbingers of victory to be won on the great battlefield of life ... . Preaching accomplishes but little unless it is attended with a good deal of praying ... . Divine power comes in answer to earnest, obedient, fervent prayer." As you fight the good fight, engage in the battle on your knees.

아버지 하나님.

진정으로 회개하기를 원합니다.
성령하나님
진정한 회개를 하도록 인도하소서.
회개하지 못하는 화인맞은 양심
성령님의 주재하지 않는 황량한 흑암같은 혼돈에서 구원하소서.
불쌍히 여기소서 하나님.
저는 자고하였습니다.
저는 너무도 이기적으로 하나님의 거룩한 뜻을
저버리고 저의 욕심을 따라 걸었던 길 위에 많은 죄를 잉태하였습니다.
오 아버지.
이 죄인을 불쌍히여기소서.
거룩한 것을 경홀히 여긴 이 죄인을 불쌍히 여기소서.
성령 하나님
저의 심령을 새롭게 하소서.
제 안에 거룩함을 사랑하는 회복이 일어나도록 저를 치유하여주소서.
제 스스로의 결단 으로는 회개함에 이르지를 못합니다.
회개가 없이 회복도 부흥도 없습니다.
이렇게 회개가 없이 후회와 부끄러움으로 하나님의 거룩하심에서 끊어지지 않게 하소서.
하나님의 거룩하심에 속하여 거룩한 열매를 잉태하기 원합니다.
거룩한 하나님의 씨를 품어 잉태하고싶습니다.
하나님의 사람은 하나님의 씨를 품는 것이 너무도 당연합니다.
하나님을 사랑하지 않고 어떻게 하나님의 거룩함을 품고 낳을 수 있겠습니까 ?
하나님 의 씨 를 회임하지 못하는 저를 고쳐주소서.
재를 쓰고 옷을 찢는 회개의 통곡이 제 심령의 굳은 회벽을 무너지게 하소서
오 하나님
재를 쓰고 무릎 사이에 제 부끄러움을 넣습니다.
재를 덥은 이 마음을 받으소서.
하나님 아버지
불쌍히 여기소서.
기다림과 그리움을 안겨드렸습니다.
너무 오랫동안 아버지로 길위에 서 있게 하였습니다.
아버지
회개함으로 아버지의 종이되고자 하는 마음으로 아버지의 품으로 돌아옵니다.
다만 아버지께서 저를 불쌍히 여기시기를 기도하며
저를 기다리신 아버지의 기다림과 그리움 속으로
아버지의 열린 품 안으로 들어갑니다.
아버지 하나님
저는 늘 아버지의 사랑이였습니다.
아버지의 사랑을 거부하고 떠난 그 길위에 아버지는 저를 기다리셨습니다.
저의 회개를 위해 그 길에서 저를 기다리셨습니다.
오늘 아버지의 기다림이 아버지의 사랑이 저를 이끌어주셨습니다.
아버지 늘 저를 불쌍히 여기신 하나님의 사랑을 제가 받습니다.
모압의 여인을 품으신 하나님
그녀에게 하나님의 씨를 품게 하신 하나님의 은혜 를 봅니다.
그 하나님의 은혜가 제게도 임하여
제가 그리스도를 품었습니다.
수치가 변하여 화관이 되었습니다.
쓴뿌리가 기쁨의 노래가 되었습니다.

생명의 떡집에 거하는 여인이 되었습니다.
아버지여
주의 날개 아래 품어주셨습니다.
주의 선하신 은혜로 덥어주셨습니다.
저의 기업이신 하나님.
제가 하나님 을 저의 감사의 노래와 춤으로 사랑합니다.
하나님과 화목하도록 화목제물이 되신 예수님 감사합니다.
